4. Do not use gasoline or turpentine for cleaning, otherwise, it will damage
the surface.
Clean the inner cavity
1. Wipe the inner cavity with a plastic sponge dipped with water.
2. Do not use detergent, grass brush or nylon brush for cleaning.
Sealing ring
The sealing ring of top lid shall be replaced with a new one if it is broken
to prevent the steam from leaking
from the clearance of top lid. The sealing ring can be removed directly.
REMOVAL OF MINAL DEPOSITS
During the operation of the appliance, the mineral composition such as
calcium in the water will be attached to the bottle and filter, which is
called «scale» and harmless to human body. In order to maintain the
performance of the appliance, please clean it every 2-3 months with
descaler or citric acid.
1. Please make sure that the inner cavity has been equipped with filter.
2. Add detergent or citric acid in the inner cavity. The amount of descaleror
citric acid is 20g per liter of water.
3. Fill the inner cavity with cold water to the maximum level and then
blend the solution completely.
4. Connect the appliance with power source and activate the appliance
to heat the solution until it is boiled. Please press the “Dechlorination/
Reboil” button to repeat the heating process if the dirt inside the inner
cavity is not removed completely.
5. Unplug the appliance, and detach the top lid to empty the residual
water in the inner cavity.
6. Refill the inner cavity with cold water and activate the appliance again
to boil the water. Repeat for several times until the smell of descaler or
citric acid is removed.
NOTE: Please follow the instructions on the package of descaler or citric
acid when operating.
