1. Spray the top of the factory rubber contact pad with WD-40 or equivalent lubri-
cant. Use a screwdriver to pry the pad off of the overload frame bracket.

2. Clamp the Stable Load in the vise and use a screw driver and hammer or pliers to
remove the anti-rotation tabs. The adapter plate will be used as the anti-rotation
device. SEE PHOTO B
3. Place one of the adapters on top of a stable load. Place the stable load up to the
overload frame bracket with the bolt going through the notch. Use the supplied flat
washer, lock washer and hex nut to install onto the over load frame bracket. Make
sure the flap that points down is on the inner side of the stable load. Adjust for proper
fitment. Repeat the process for the three remaining Stable Loads. SEE PHOTO C,
