Function description
1. Batteries: Use 3 “AAA” size batteries.
2. Belt clip: The belt clip is attached for easy use.
3. Call button: Press to transmit call tones.
4. LCD display: Displays current channel selection and other radio status symbols.
5. Power ** button: Press and hold the Power button to turn your unit on/off.
6. Channel Scan: Press the

buttons to activate the channel scan.
7. Channel Lock: Press and hold the

buttons for 2 seconds to lock/unlock the
channel.

button: Channel and function selector.

button: Press to tune in and hold on to weak signals.

button: Press to transmit.

Down buttons: Press to adjust the volume level and to change channels.

socket: For an external microphone, earphone.
- Receiving icon, displayed when receiving a signal.
- Transmitting icon, displayed when transmitting a signal.
- Display of current volume.
- Displayed during the Channel Scan mode.
- Keyboard is locked.
- Display of the current battery level.
- Channel number. Changes from 1 to 8 as selected by the user.
