CHARGING STEPS
1) DIAGNOSIS
Checks the battery's initial condition
including voltage, state-of-charge, and health, to determine
if the battery is stable before charging.
2) DESULPHATION
Uses voltage or high-frequency pulses
to break down the sulfates that have built up over time in
the aging battery to optimize life and performance.
3) PRE-CHARGE
Starts the charging process with a low
stable current that gradually increases until the battery
capacity returns 25%. This reduces the stress put on
batteries by sudden surges.
4) SOFT START
Provides a medium stable current until the
battery capacity returns 50%.
5) BULK CHARGE
Begins the Bulk charging process based
on the condition of the battery until the battery capacity
returns 80%.
6) ABSORPTION
Brings the charge level to 100% by
delivering small amounts of current to provide a safe,
efficient charge. This limits battery gas emission and
prolongs life.
