5. INSTALL TIP
In some cases a red message appears at the first screen of the eGIS activation wizard
on the GPS device to check the date. Change the date to the current date in the
settings of the device. You find the settings in Start/System/Clock & Alarms. Then
continue with the activation.
6. ACTIVATION ISSUES
If activation does not work, please email
software code you are trying to activate (xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx). Your activation
code will be manually generated and returned to you.
The most robust activation process is #4 of this document.
