6.5. Replacing Peristaltic Pump Tubes
WARNING
After rinsing with deionized water, reagent tubes may still
contain traces of chemicals
Wear appropriate protective equipment (gloves, glasses,
protective clothing).

Flush the reagent tubes with deionized water as described in
Stop of Operation for Maintenance, p. 32

Turn the power switch to the OFF position.

Loosen the three screws [A] on the front of the pump and remove
the front cover [B].

Remove the tube from the rotor [C] and disconnect it from both
fittings [D].
