2. Take the steering wheel control interface and attach the 14-way steering wheel harness connector to
the relevant side.
4. Attach the antenna adapter to the vehicles pre-existing connection and the back of the new stereo.

5. Attach the required red & white RCA connectors from the stereo wiring harness to the new stereo.
Full-amplified = Both ‘front’ and ‘rear’ sets of RCA’s.
Half-amplified = ‘Rear’ RCA’s only (alongside the ‘amp remote’ wire).
Non-amplified = Neither RCA’s need connecting.
6. Attach the additional wiring on the harness to the back of the stereo:
Pink - Speed Pulse Green - Park Brake Purple - Reverse Blue - Amp Remote*
*The blue wire is needed for vehicles where 12V amp remote is not located in the harness.
7. When all the above wires (and any additional accessories) have been connected, finally make the power
connections between the stereo and the vehicles pre-existing connector.
1. Identify which stereo connector you will need - either Quadlock or Mini ISO (
see Fig 4 & 5
) .

3. Make a cut within the orange and purple loops on the back of the patch lead connector. Then proceed
to attach ‘ Key 1 ’ to the light blue ‘SWC Remote’ wire on the stereo. When done, connect the 12-way
connector to the steering wheel control interface.
