Charging and Low Battery Warning
When connected to charger the “Status LED” will turn red; when fully charged the “Status
LED” will turn off. When red “Status LED” flashes once every 30 seconds and an alarm
chimes once every 30 seconds, the battery power is LOW and needs to be charged. If the
headset is not charged within 5-‐10 minutes of warning indications, the headset will turn
off automatically
.
Troubleshooting:
If disconnection occurs, please check the following factors:
1.
Ensure that the headset has enough power, is turned on and has been successfully
paired to the device.
2.
The Bluetooth® function of the device the headset is supposed to be paired to has
Bluetooth® enabled.
3.
Make sure the range between the headset and device is less than 10 meters. Make
sure there isn’t a wall or other electrical devices between the headset the device.
4.
Ensure device you are trying to connect to supports A2DP.
5.
Some devices cannot support the switching between music and calls. This may cause
the pairing to be lost.
Battery information:
Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full performance of a new battery is
achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles. The battery can be
charged and discharged hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear down. Please
disconnect the charger and headset when fully charged, if you do not this may shorten
battery lifetime. If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose power with time. Leaving
