RECOVERY function
：
When you press RECOVERY key
，
the TARGET HR window will show rEC
，
and it will enter
into 10 seconds of heartbeat detection
，
TIME window will show 10 seconds count down
，
PULSE
window will show current heart rate of user. If there is no heartbeat detected within 10 seconds,
it will sound BI-BI-BI and exit RECOVERY.
If heartbeat detected within 10 seconds
，
TIME window will show 60 seconds counting down
；
if within these 60 seconds
，
no heartbeat detected over 6 seconds
，
it will sound BI-BI-BI and
exit RECOVERY
；
when 60 seconds count down finished
，
PLUSE window will show the testing
result of RECOVERY.
RECOVERY testing result P=P0-P1
；
P0 means the heartbeat value after 10 seconds you press
the RECOVERY key
，
P1 means the heartbeat value detected after 60s’ count down. Results
corresponding to the table as below

sleep mode
：
When the treadmill is in standby mode or pause mode, nobody running or key operating over
20 seconds, the display screen will turn off and and enter into sleep mode; if sombody running
or press any key under sleep mode, the treadmill will be awakened and enter into the standby
mode.
