Pre-‐Purchase   Test   Ride   and   Warranty   Review

Tomberlin   recommends   that   every   consumer   take   a   Test   Drive   and   familiarize   themselves   with   warranty
coverage   and   the   Safety   &   Operational   specific   to   each   Tomberlin   vehicle.   This   includes   Tire
Maintenance   &   Care,   Charging,   Extension   Charge   Cord   use   and   size,   Long   Term   Storage   Procedures   and
Tomberlin’s   sports   car   like   ride.   Note   the   E-‐Merge   may   look   like   a   golf   car   but   its’   ride   is   anything   but   with   class
leading   lateral   stability,   automotive   style   pedal   group   and   enhanced   performance.

Consumers   Responsibility

is   to   assure   they   understand   the   vehicle,   its’   speed   settings,   braking,   restraint   and

ride   character.   Tomberlin   vehicles   do   not   ride   like   a   traditional   golf   car.   Some   Tomberlin   vehicles   may   look   similar
to   a   traditional   golf   car   but   are   more   automotive   engineered   with   an   automotive   style   pedal   group.   They   have   a
firmer   coil   over   shock   suspension   with   a   ride   similar   to   a   sports   car.   The   feel   the   road   drive   character   offers
superior   handling   and   stability   in   most   situations   when   used   as   intended   and   well   maintained.      Your   Dealer   will
respond   to   any   questions   to   aid   a   superb   owner   experience.
