Quick Troubleshooting Guide
To ensure a smooth operation of all our units, the
point of sale or seller must provide the consumer
(user) completely tested out-of-the-box unit and all
the accessories.
UNIT DOES NOT CHARGE
: The basic procedure is
to rule out failures involving accessories which are:
battery, charger and cable, verify that these are in
good condition and test with new accessories.
No power
: The first and main cause of this failure is
the battery. Test the unit with a battery in good
condition and fully charged. (Remember, the power
button must be pressed for at least 3 seconds)
I cannot hear the person on the other side:
In this
case it is highly recommended to verify that the
earpiece volume is in an appropriate intensity. Check
using the buttons on the right side of the phone that
the volume is not low if it is, press the button with the
symbol ( + ) to increase
