F: PRE-RIDE CHECKLIST

1. 

CHECK THE FUEL LEVEL.

-

Remove the gas cap by turning the cap counterclockwise.

-

Fill the tank up to the bottom of the filler tube. Do not fill past that point.

-

Replace the gas cap and turn it clockwise until it is secure.

NOTE:

  Always turn the engine off prior to refueling the scooter. Always use 90 octane gasoline

or higher to refuel the scooter.

2.  

CHECK 2-CYCLE OIL RESERVOIR LEVEL

See page 21 for location.

Replace the cap and turn it clockwise until it is secure.

3.

 CHECK THE BRAKE LIGHT.

Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position.

Grip the front brake lever or rear brake lever while watching the rear brake light to make
sure that it illuminates.

CHECK THE TURN SIGNALS.
