IDE HDD Auto Detection
This option detects the parameters of an IDE hard disk drive, and
automatically enters them into Standard CMOS Setup screen.

NOTE: Some Oases (like SCO-UNIX) must use ORMAL ” for installation
Up to four IDE drives can be detected, with parameters for each
appearing in sequence inside a box. To accept the displayed entries,
press the “Y” key; to skip to the next drive, press the “N” key. If you
accept the values, the parameters will appear listed beside the drive
letter on the screen.
Save & Exit Setup
This option allows you to determine whether to accept the
modifications or not. If you type “Y”, you will quit the setup utility and
save all changes into the CMOS memory. If you type “N”, you will
return to Setup utility.
