Troubleshooting
I get an error message when I try to connect my
iPad / iPhone / iPod touch over bluetooth
If you’re having issues connection, try resetting the bluetooth connection
to tizi beat bag:

On your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, open

Bluetooth > tizi beat bag
> Forget this Device
Audio or Wi-Fi hangs on an older iPad or iPhone
Some older Apple devices aren’t fast enough to use bluetooth and Wi-Fi
at the same time, as they share the same antennas. If you experience
issues, e.g. while watching TV with a tizi TV receiver, please connect your
tizi beat bag using the supplied audio cable, instead of bluetooth.
I’ve connected via bluetooth but can’t hear any sound
