TROUBLESHOOTING

PURGING AIR FROM HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Check power unit (hydraulic ram) see parts list Fig. 2 letter (I) page 4, every two months or sooner based on

use for any rust or corrosion. Clean and wipe down with oil cloth.

Maximum load capacity: 680 kg (1500 lb.)
Locking Positions: 11 ¾” , 14 ¼ ” and 16 ½ ”
Size: 35 ½” x 17 x 14”

Weight: 77 lbs.

During shipment and handling, air may get trapped in the hydraulic System which can

interfere with the jack‘s lifting performance. Follow these Steps to release the air:

Open the release valve by pressing down on the release pedal (K) (see Fig. 1 and 2).

Remove the oil fill plug (see Fig. 1).

Pump the foot pedal (J) (see Fig. 1 and 2) 6 to 8 times to release any pressurized air that may be

trapped in the oil reservoir (hydraulic System).

4. Be sure oil level is just below the threads in the oil fill plug hole. If oil needs to be added follow the

instructions on page 6.

Replace and tighten oil fill plug.
