Q.13.

The watch/App is stuck on firmware
update:

-

If the watch or the app gets
disturbed/closed while in the firmware

update please follow the below steps.

Factory reset the watch> Unpair/forget

the watch from phones Bluetooth settings>

Close the app> Phones settings> app

manager> Connected plus> storage> clear

cache> clear data> uninstall the app >

Install app and start the pairing process.

Setting the Home time/watch time:

-

1. If the actual current location of the user

and the location selected in the Home

Time Setting is the same, then the time of

the selected Home Time location will be

displayed on the watch.

2. If the actual current location of the user

and the location selected in the Home

Time Setting is different, then the user

needs to select the city of his/her choice
