If HDMI cable is lost or damaged due to customer's reason

If you lose or damage the product during use, you must purchase it yourself.

If the screen does not appear

. Check if the Smart Box power plug is disconnected, and check if the HDMI cable is disconnected.

. TV must be in [External Input] mode. ?

Make sure the smart box front status LED is in a dazzling LED state (several LED sequential
exposures)

If the remote control does not work
A.
Make sure the smart box is powered on.
A.
Make sure that the +, - poles of the batteries are not changed and that the batteries are not exhausted.

If you can not hear the voice
A.
Make sure that the Earjack (earphone) is plugged into the Smartbox's audio output terminal or not
set to Bluetooth output.
Q.
Smartbox power is not turned off
A.
Press and hold the Power key on the remote control or smart box for 2 to 3 seconds.
