ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Unpack the ramp and lay all 3 sections of the ramp on a large surface as
shown below.
•
Remove the bolts in the hinge area of each ramp section
•
Slide the rod into the hinge area of the ramp sections
•
Place the nut on the threaded rod and tighten.
NOTE:
Make sure the nut is all the way onto the rod or it may not function
properly, and ma fall off during use.
•
Fasten the U Bolts onto the ramp making sure that the nut side of the U
Bolt is facing downward or away form the deck area of the ramp.
•
Adjust the safety straps to fit your tailgate or trailer before each use.
*Do not use your ramp without attaching the safety straps!
NOTICE:
Your ramps may be used separately for loading many different
items such as ATVs or Lawn Mowers. Simply replace the threaded rod with
6 Bolts and Nuts (included in packaging). Finally, remove the U Bolts to
have 3 separate ramps.
