Zephyr

4 – Cooling Controller
The
Zephyr
™
4 is used to maintain the temperature level in your growing
environment. The temperature can be adjusted by setting the dial on the front
of the controller to your preferred setting. When the
Zephyr
™
4 temperature
exceeds the predetermined setting, the piggyback cord set is activated and
will operate the exhaust fan until the temperature has lowered below the pre-
ferred set point. The
Zephyr
™
4 operates up to 15 Amps maximum capacity
on a standard 120 Volt circuit. Built with the highest quality components, the

Instructions for Operation
1. Securely mount your
Zephyr
™
4 in your grow area and away from any
moisture, spray, pesticides, etc.
2. Use of a surge protection device is recommended to protect your
Zephyr
™
4 from potential power damage in areas where this may be
an issue.
3. Plug the
Zephyr
™
4 into a dedicated 120 Volt – 15 Amp power source.
4. Set the ‘Temperature’ dial at the preferred temperature level for your
garden.
5. Plug the exhaust fan into the piggyback cord set.
6. Turn the fan ‘ON’ to the fastest setting possible, if adjustable.
7. Your
Zephyr
™
4
will now control your equipment at the desired setting.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the
Zephyr
™
4 is not performing as expected, try the following:
a. Confirm that your power input source is active by using a voltage test
meter, and verify that the power input source is providing 120 Volts of
power to the
Zephyr
™
4.
b. Validate that the power outlet of the
Zephyr
™
4 is active by setting the
temperature dial at the lowest setting. Then use a voltage test meter to
verify power is flowing through the controller to the power outlet.
c. Ensure that the exhaust fan is ‘ON’ and set at the fastest speed, if
adjustable.
d. Verify that the
Zephyr
™
4 is set at the proper temperature level to activate
Warranty Information
• Titan Controls
®
warrants the original purchase of this product against defects
in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) years from the
date of purchase.
• During the warranty period, Titan Controls
®
will, at our option, and without
charge, repair or replace this product if the controller or any of its compo-
nents fail or malfunction.
• All returns or repairs must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Autho-
rization (RMA) number prior to any service of the product.
• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including
the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, and of all other obliga-
tions or liabilities on the part of the seller.
• This warranty shall not apply to this product or any part thereof which had
been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, negligence, alter-
ation or misapplication.
• Controllers with serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered
or obliterated; broken seals that show evidence of tampering; mismatched
board serial numbers or nonconforming parts, are excluded from coverage.

makes no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or
parts not supplied by Titan Controls
®
.
• Monetary refunds of the warranty will not be given.
• The Buyer assumes all responsibility regarding the proper use & installation of
this controller.
• All warranty service is provided through the Titan Controls
®
factory.
• This warranty shall apply only to the United States, including Alaska,
Hawaii and territories of the United States and Canada.
• Defective controllers are required to be returned with the “proof of purchase/
receipt” for warranty coverage.

Service & Repair Program
• For all service and repairs, please contact our Technical Service Representa-
tive for troubleshooting your gear and attaining a Return Merchandise Autho-
rization (RMA) number, if applicable.
• All factory service & repairs will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of
controller at the factory.
• Titan Controls

will, at its discretion, repair or replace the controller.
