5. Place a Security Locking Pin (Accessory Part
#TCSP) or Lock-out/tag-out through the holes in
the tool links to prevent accidental release of the
tool by someone during service operations.

6. To remove the tool from the pipe remove the
Security locking pin or lock-out/tag-out devices,
open the handles slowly, and remove the tool
from the pipe.

If recommended, re-round the pipe ac-
cording to instructions provided by the
manufacturer. Mark the location to avoid
a future squeeze at the same location.
TC1-S Extension handles are available to
ease squeeze-off of large diameter and/
or thick-walled pipe. They are sold sepa-
rately in 12”, 24”, and 36” lengths.
