To change Millimeter Conversion:
1. Access the Options menu ( pg. 14 ) and press repeatedly until the MM Conv screen is displayed.
2. Enter the password and press .
• The default password is the serial number.
3. Enter a new value and press to save.
• The correct value on the linear positioning controller is 25.400.
• The correct value on the mitering controller is 3.850.
4. Press the [Done] soft key to return to the Ready Screen.
To change the password:
1. Access the Options menu ( pg. 14 ) and press repeatedly until the Password screen is displayed.
2. Enter the current password and press .
• The current password will be displayed.
• The default password is the serial number.
3. Enter a new numeric password and press to save.
4. Press the [Done] soft key to return to the Ready Screen.
PreSet Behavior
This setting changes the function of the PreSet hot keys ( pg. 12 ).
There are three options:
1. Setpoint: moves the pusher to the programmed position.
2. Increment: moves the pusher by the programmed amount.
• Negative presets move away from the zero point.
3. Pusher: moves the pusher by the programmed amount plus the kerf setting ( pg. 15 ).
To change PreSet Behavior:
1. Access the Part List menu ( pg. 14 ) and press
repeatedly until the Pre-Sets screen is displayed.
2. Use the [ ↓ ] soft key to select an option.
3. Press the [Done] soft key to return to the Ready Screen.
Millimeter Conversion
This setting should only be changed on the mitering controller. Changing this setting will cause the display units to change
to degrees (°).
