Zero-Gravity® Radiation Protection System Uncrating Instructions

Floor & Ceiling Mounted Units 

ZGM-6-5H | ZGHSA | ZGCM-HSA | ZGCM-48 | ZGCM-66

CAUTION! PINCH POINT HAZARD 

Never push or pull a Zero Gravity floor unit by placing hands on the large 

D-shape base. The casters may swivel and pinch hands or fingers. 

12.  Using a 5/16-inch hex wrench, raise the leveling pads as high as possible. 

13.  Using a second person, slowly roll the base assembly down the ramp to the floor. 

14.  In the corner of crate, release the Velcro straps and remove the boom arm 

(Figure 13).

The system is now uncrated.

Confirm uncrated items with packing list. If all items are present, 

proceed to Installation Manual. 

If any item is missing, or appears to be damaged, contact your local 

sales representative or TIDI service before proceeding further.
