PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
1. Before using this appliance, ensure that it is placed on a flat, stable surface.
This appliance is equipped with an anti-tripping switch that switches the
appliance off in the event that it tips over and is not placed on a stable surface.
2. Place the heater at least 90cm from the wall, furniture or curtains.
3. Check that the voltage corresponds to that of the power supply (230v mains
socket)
4. Leave the heater to cool and unplug it before moving it, and use the handle to
move it.
USING THE HEATER
1. The switches control the thermostat and power selection should be on the OFF
position, connect the radiator to the socket.
2. Switch on the heater on one of the following positions:
- Turn the switch to power 1: 1200 W
- Turn the switch to power 2: 2400 W
3. The power switch will illuminate when the heater is operating.
4. The ambient temperature can be set by the thermostat. Turn the thermostat knob
in the direction of clockwise to increase the temperature, or counterclockwise to
decrease, until the desired temperature.
5. After reached the desired temperature, to maintain the temperature: turn the
thermostat knob
counterclockwise
until the light turns off. The desired temperature
will be kept constant by the thermostat function.
6. When not using this heater, return the 2 switches to their initial position: "0" and
"MIN", and then unplug it.
7. The heating system has a protection device against overheating.
8. Do not cover or place any object on the radiator during operation.
Frost protection function
With the thermostat switch set on the position and one of the power levels
selected, the appliance maintains room temperature at about 5°C preventing
freezing.
