For your own convenience and faster service
Before calling the Call Centre, make sure that:
• A Cyta technician has informed you by telephone that Cyta has completed all the necessary
steps concerning your connection
• You have connected the equipment that you have been given in accordance with the modem
– computer – telephone line wiring scheme described in this User Guide and you have
followed the User Guide’s instructions concerning your connection to the Internet
When you contact the Call Centre, you should be in front of your computer.
