4.5 Start up and operation of the glass polishing
machine
1. Connect the power plug into a regulated power outlet (220/230V).
2. Set the main switches to “I”.
3. The machine is now ready for operation. The glasses can now be polished.
Guide the clean but still damp glasses in small circular up and down movements
over the center brushes so that the glasses are being polished on the in and
outside of the glass.
4. After use let the machine run for approximately 20 minutes so the brushes can dry.
To receive the best polishing results,
the glasses must be wet by being taken
directly out of the dishwasher or dunked into a water bath.
Dried water spots or lime recess can not be removed by the polishing
machine.
The brushes should be washed every 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of
operation hours (see chapter 5.2 washing the brushes).
5. Cleaning and maintenance
CAUTION!
Risk of serious injury or death by means of electrical shock
Before any maintenance or cleaning jobs are performed always assure the
main switch is switched to “O” and the power plug is removed from the power
circuit
5.1 Daily cleaning
Clean the cutlery polishing machine daily by following these Steps:
1. Assure the main switch is switched to “O” and the power plug is removed from the
power circuit.
