The wireless cable loop enables you to secure your mobile
belongings, carried outside of your vehicle, against burglary.
After the holder is mounted to the vehicle, simply lay the cable
around the item you whish to secure, pull it through the loop at
the end of the cable and place the electronic unit into the hol-
der. After the electronic unit is placed into the holder and WiPro
is armed, an alarm will sound in case someone cuts the cable or
takes the electronic unit out of the holder. This way items like
bicycles, camping furniture, surfboards, motorcycles, outboard
motors and so on can easily be secured.
1. Interconnection with WiPro
Follow the steps described in the WiPro user manual.
2. Operational range test
Prior to installation check if the cable loop is able to establish a
connection with WiPro from the desired installation spot.
Please check as follows:
Activate WiPro, take the cable loops electronic unit out of the
holder (press slightly on lower side of housing to unlock)and
observe that an alarm is triggered. If this is not the case,
change the installation position or check if the desired place is
shielded by metal.
3. Installation
The installation spot must be planar to ensure that the cable
loop will fit the holder.
- use the holder as a template and drill before screwing
if neccessary.
- now fasten the holder by using the two screws (VA) contained
in the package.
The cable loop can now be used.
