Before contacting our customer service:
Please use the instructions to determine the likelihood of an
operator error or whether the cause of the defect might be
outside the appliance.
Here are some suggestions, depending on the type of the
appliance:
Please read the instructions carefully. If the unit does not operate,
then first check if:
• the plug is inserted in an outlet; [not relevant - fixed
connection only]
• if there is water pressure;
• if the outlet is live, you can test this by connecting
another appliance to it.
Customer service
In case of a technical fault, and you have bought your water
heater in Germany, please send it, with a description of the
fault and a copy of the invoice, to:
