Check the rotor and all accessory parts for damages such as cracks, scratches or traces of

 

corrosion.

Check the  rotor chamber, the centrifuge spindle and the AutoLock

Check the rotor’s suitability using the chemical compatibility chart on

Make sure the tubes or bottles do not touch the lid.
