For units with geothermal source, a system for regulating the condensation or evaporation pressure must always be mounted. The best
regulation system is a variable flow system checking the condensation pressure during summer mode and the evaporation pressure
during winter mode. The controller has a 0-10 V signal configured for this function.
Another solution is the use of a pressure control valve operating in chiller mode and a two-way valve that allows to work with full flow in
heat pump mode.
The geothermal source pump must be controlled by the unit and it is turned off when it is not required its activation as for example
during c recovery operation mode. During other operationg modes the groundwater pump is off and will start again before the
activation of the compressor. To avoid flow switch alarms due to late flow reading it is recommended to install the flow switch
immediately downstream of the pump
.
