Configure SPME Tool

Working with the SPME Tool requires two adjustments of the SPME Fiber.
Configure SPME Tool parameters are described in 

Table 92

.

The last wizard point was Teach Tool Station. For this task, the tools had to be removed from 
the slots. After finishing the teaching task, the wizard will move to the next point, 

Configure 

SPME Tool

. If the SPME Tool has not been positioned in a slot at the moment of activating 

this wizard point, the task will be grayed out.

To overcome the situation

1. Insert the SPME Tool manually in a slot.

2. Select the previous wizard point 

Teach Tool Station

 again.Wait until the first movements 

of the Z-Axes are finished.

3. Press

 Back

 and leave this wizard point without going through all the steps.Check if the 

wizard point Configure 

SPME Tool 

is active.

To configure the SPME Tool

1. Select the wizard item

2. When a tool other than the SPME Tool is installed in the TriPlus RSH Injection Unit, 

the wizard asks for a tool change.
