Replacing the Boards in the ISQ 7000 Mass Spectrometer

5. Lift the RF board out of the mass spectrometer. The rod driver board is attached to it.

6. Insert a new RF board/rod driver board kit by aligning the connectors on the bottom of

the board with the connectors on the distribution board beneath it. It will drop into the
slot when it is in the right position.
