EASY-Spray Series Ion Source User Guide

Thermo Scientific

To plumb a one-column setup for the RSLCnano instrument

1. Insert the nanoViper fitting on the 20 μm ID nanoViper capillary into port 5 of the 

autosampler valve (

Figure 18

). 

2. Insert the fitting on the other end of the capillary into the Viper union, tighten the fitting 

by hand. 

3. Connect the union to the EASY-Spray column to complete the one-column setup
