CI Reagent Gas Flow Module (Upgrade)

The CI reagent gas flow module controls the flow of CI reagent gas into the ion source and is
located at the back left of the DSQ II. The module uses electronic pressure control to
precisely set the flow of reagent gas. The flow is programmed using

Xcalibur

, which allows you

to accurately reproduce flows.
