Troubleshooting

This chapter will enable you to identify any issues related to operating the DSQ II. Once you
understand the symptom, cause, and solution to the issue, use

Chapter 2: Maintaining the

to find out how to address it. This chapter is organized according to the type of

symptoms you may experience when using the DSQ II. If you experience issues that are not
addressed in this chapter, contact Technical Support.

Using Diagnostics

If your DSQ II is running poorly or suspiciously,

DSQ II Tune

diagnostics will most likely

detect the problem and recommend a solution. Diagnostics tests electronic circuits and
reports whether the circuits pass or fail.

However, problems in sensitivity due to misalignment, dirty components, or improper tuning
are not detected by diagnostics.

Before running diagnostics, refer to the flowchart

to determine solutions outside of

DSQ II Tune

diagnostics.
