Replacing the RF Generator Board
To replace a RF generator board, you will need a 3 mm Allen wrench.
1. Cover the work area with a lint-free cloth.
2. Shut down and vent the DSQ II, as described in
"Shutting Down the GC/MS System"
.
3. Remove the left cover, as described in "
Removing the Left Cover" on page 29
4. Remove the RF generator board.

Disconnect the P1, J1, J2 and J3 cables.
b. Remove the top two screws and loosen the bottom two screws holding the RF
generator board in place.
WARNING - ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD.
Before proceeding. unplug the DSQ II to
avoid an electrical shock.
