Installation Tools

Installing the UV/Vis detector requires these tools:

Checking the Power Setting and Fuses

The UV/Vis detector comes with the voltage setting and fuses appropriate for your location.



To verify the voltage setting

Look through the cut-out window on the power entry module (see

Figure 11

) on the

lower right side of the back panel.



To check the fuses and change the voltage setting (optional)

1. Place the tip of the narrow-blade screwdriver in the small slot to the left of the fuse holder

in the power entry module (see

Figure 11

) and push to the right until the fuse holder

pops out.
