Create protocol steps

This is the Create step view, which is where the actual protocol is programmed in a stepwise manner.
More details about the different functionalities are shown, see Table 2.

Note: 

At a high-level, there are three parameters that can be set in a step, which are: magnet, rocker,

and pump. The setting of these should be considered for each step.

Feature

Details

Magnet

Can be on or off.

When a duration is set for the magnet, it determines how long the rocker will be in the
specified position before moving to the next step.

Rocker

When off, a static angle can be set, when on, continuous rocking is specified.

Angle range: -30° to +30°

Speed range (cycles per minute): 1–30 CPM

The rocking can be symmetric (e.g. -10° to 10°) or “asymmetric” (e.g. -5° to 30°).
