Troubleshooting
This instrument has been designed to achieve a high level of reliability.
In the event of problems or failure, the troubleshooting guidelines,
board-level connection diagrams, connector pin descriptions, and
testing procedures presented in this chapter should be helpful in
isolating and identifying problems.
The Technical Support Department at Thermo Fisher Scientific can also
be consulted in the event of problems. See “ Service Locations ” on page
6-22 for contact information. In any correspondence with the
factory, please note both the serial number and program number of the
instrument.

the checks that you should perform if you experience an instrument
problem.
Table 6–2 lists all the alarm messages you may see on the graphics
display and provides recommendations about how to resolve the alarm
condition.
