This allows for shipping
time so the warranty will go into ef
fect at approximately the same time your equipment is delivered.
The warranty protec-
tion extends to any subsequent owner during the first year warranty period. Dealers who stock our equipment are allowed an additional six months for delivery and inst
allation, provided the warranty card is completed and returned to the

Services Dep
artment.
During the first year

s proven to be non-conforming in materials or workmanship will be rep
aired or replaced
at
Thermo's expense, labor excluded. Inst
allation and calibration are not covered by this warranty agreement.
The

artment must be cont
acted for warranty determination and direction prior to performance of any rep
airs.
Expendable items, glass, filters, reagent
s, tubing, and gasket
s are excluded from this warranty
.
Replacement or rep

s or equipment under this warranty shall not extend the warranty to either the
equipment or to the component p
art beyond the original warranty period.
