cONNEcTION wITH HOOD wITH ESP
On the hood’s vin plate, which is typically located behind the grease filter, it is stated whether or not the hood is equipped with
ESP. If the hood is equipped with ESP, follow the procedure below for wireless pairing between the hood (ESP) and Plasmex® Link.
Step 1:
Plasmex® Link
PAIR/SET
Press “PAIR / SET” 5 times. Each press returns a beep. After
5 presses, three quick beeps will sound. Plasmex® Link is now
open for pairing for 5 min.
GENERAL cONNEcTION
The connection must be established by connecting the device, cf. the illustration.
NoTE! If the hood is equipped with ESP, the Plasmex® Link must be connected as instructed in the section ‘connection with hood with ESP’.
After connection, Plasmex® Link is active, and measures / controls the operation of the hood and the Plasmex® filter.
SETPOINT SETTING (not relevant for hoods with ESP)
Plasmex® Link generally works for all Thermex hoods with the unit’s factory setting. If operating errors occur on the Plasmex® Link, it may be
necessary to make a new setpoint setting.
1. Turn on the hood light. Leave the ventilator of the hood switched off.
2. Press and hold “PAIR / SET” for 5 sec. Setting of new setpoint is indicated with two short beeps.
