Troubleshooting
12-1 Error Codes
If the two-byte command words returned by the movement to the upper
computer are all 0xFF, and only one byte is returned as shown in the below table,
it indicates the communication protocol is wrong.
Troubleshoot using the table.
If the problem persists, disconnect the power and
contact the customer support department.
