Open the web browser (Google Chrome).

In the address field in the browser, enter the IP address that you read out in
point 12 in the following format:

The login screen will appear.
Your TC 649 C is connected to your network. The start-up process is now
complete.
If you still cannot access the TC 649 C device, check the proxy settings and
contact the system administrator if necessary.
