Posi�on the underframe ensuring that 

all mitres meet correctly and that the 

ends meet the walls on either side. 

Check the orienta�on of the 

underframe.

If the underframe needs to be 

trimmed, use a fine toothed junior 

hacksaw and masking tape to mark 

your dimension.

DO NOT cut the mitred end. Remove 

any burrs with a fine toothed file, be 

careful not to damage the surface 

finish.

Connect the underframe together, 

using the 135° connectors provided. 

You will require a PZ1 screwdriver (not 

supplied)

If using a raised shower tray, posi�on 

the underframe so that there is an 

equal gap on all sides as shown. Ideally 

this gap should be 3-8mm.
