To attach straps:

1. Affix longer strap (F) into slots of outer legs using 2 x 15mm screws.

2. Affix shorter strap (E) into slots of the inside legs using 2 x 15mm screws.

3. Place basket onto stand and adjust the straps accordingly to create a snug fit.
