WARNING
Improper maintenance and storage of the push spreader may void your warranty.
MAINTENANCE
•
After each use clean all of the material out of the hopper.
•
Rinse/dry inside and outside of the spreader after each use.
•
Before operating make sure the tyres have the RECOMMENDED TYRE PRESSURE of 8-12 PSI,
so as not to mark the lawn.
•
Periodically check all of the fasteners for tightness.
•
Annually clean and lightly lubricate parts.
•
Never exceed the load capacity rating of 125lbs, as this will damage the spreader.
IMPORTANT:
If a part needs replacement, only use parts that meet the manufacturer’s specifications. Replacement
parts that do not meet the specifications may result in a safety hazard or poor performance. We
recommend that you use spare parts from the manufacturer.
STORAGE
•
Never allow material to remain in the hopper for extended periods of time.
•
For years of trouble free service, make sure the spreader is clean and dry before storing.
•
Store indoors or in a protected area during severe weather and winter months.
