The cable should be checked and
replaced if necessary by a qualified
electrician.

Material is not being
vacuumed properly

Suction tubes clogged or
blocked.
•
Collection bag is full.
•
Extension cable, if used, is
too long, or the cable cross
section is too small.

Switch to blow mode and clear the
blockage.
•
Empty the collection bag.
•
Use a shorter extension cable with a
cross section the same size or larger
than the standard cable on the machine.
Machine is vibrating
abnormally
•
The fan has become
unbalanced due to the
impact of a foreign object
e.g. a stone or gravel.
•
The fan needs to be replaced by an
approved service dealer. Please note
that this will not be covered under the
warranty, as the warranty does not
cover wear and tear or machines that
are damaged by the user.
