Download the WeatherHub app from the „Apple App Store“ or „Google Play Store“.
Connect the Gateway
Connect the gateway to the power supply using the supplied AC adapter. Connect the included LAN cable with the
gateway and your router. After about 10 seconds, the gateway is in operation. The LED will turn static green. If
no DHCP server is available in your network, you can configure the gateway in the app under the point “Settings“
manually.
If the green LED on the gateway is not permanently lit, please check if the gateway is properly connected to the
power plug and the router and if it is turned on and is connected to the internet. (More information can be found in
the app under „Info“).
Important: The gateway should always be put into operation before starting the sensors!
Sensor set up
Set up the transmitter as descripted in the manual of the specific sensor and look for a suitable location.
Add sensor
Open the app, dashboard is displayed. The sensor „Hannover“ is only for testing purposes and may be deleted. Tap
„Add new sensor“ and scan the QR code on the sensor. Then set a name for the sensor. To set a name, select the
transmitter and then tap on the left area of the pencil icon in the upper right. Repeat this process for the remaining
sensors.
Configuration of the weather station
Using simultaneously the T / H sensor (30.3303.02), the rain sensor (30.3306.02) and the wind sensor
(30.3307.02) it is possible to show all readings in one combined weather station display and to activate PRO func-
tions (graphic display, max-min. display, data export).

Troubleshooting
When no sensor readings are displayed in the app, first check if the green LED on the gateway is permanently lit.
(See “Connect the gateway”)
If the gateway works properly, we recommend to the following steps:
•
Check if the batteries in the sensor are inserted with the correct polarity.
•
Restart the sensor by removing the batteries for a minute and reinserting.
•
Check if your phone is connected to the internet.
•
Decrease the distance between sensor and gateway. The signal may be weakened by thick
walls and ceilings.
