This change to clamp block installation and torque speciication has also revised procedures for torque
speciications of clamp blocks introduced in Airplanes -0871 thru -0971. Clamp blocks installed on
Airplanes -0871 thru -0971 was 25 inch pounds to 40 inch pounds and is NOW 30 inch pounds to 40
inch pounds to match new design.
