Fit each wheel to the wheel axles (big wheels on rear shaft, small wheels on front shaft).
Put one washer outside on wheel and then secure the wheel with the “R” pins.
At last, press each wheel cover into place. Make sure the plastic pins matches the holes in
the wheels.
