Power-Up Procedure
Power-up with dedicated enable pin:
1. Apply 4.5 V–17 V to J5
2. Toggle J6 , J7, or J8 to enable VOUT1, VOUT2, and VOUT3, respectively
3. Apply loads to the output connectors
